1 big Eggplant (Brinjal).
Salt
Pizza sauce
Cheese
Chilli flakes
Seasoning of your choice (personal favourite Oregano)
Toppings of your choice

Preparation:
Cut the brinjal into ½ inch thick round slices. Apply salt on both sides, leave for two minutes and press lightly to remove excess moisture.
In a baking tray, apply Indiyeah! oil with a brush, place the brinjal slices and apply Pizza Sauce
Add toppings of your choice and grated cheese
